As Quarter 1 comes to an end, it has shown the hard work and dedication of both the students and the learning facilitator. We interviewed Mr. June, one of the owners of BKN Food Service, who has been in the business for around 6 years where they serve both catering and school concessionaires. We wanted to get his opinion on how APEC SCHOOLS operate, the students within it, and details about their menu and pricing.

Mr. June is able to say so having children that also study in the school, “it focuses on practical learning” he added. Mr June Believes what they serve is quality for its pricing. Every month their team creates a meal plan composed of different kinds of food in a month, including meat and vegetables among others. It's also a main concern for them how healthy the food is but also being able to enjoy consuming it. “Compared to other concessionaires, our’s is affordable,” Said Mr June.
