Through the years the APEC Schools Student Council had no responsibility for publishing the financial reports that they have during the term that they served. With this, it made the student council have low accountability and transparency to the students. Luckily, as mandated by the institution of APEC Schools the student council now is guided and under the constitutions and bylaws of the APEC Schools Student Council, and with this the student council now has different rules with regards to their duties and responsibilities and one of them is their finance. According to Article 8 (Finance), Section 6 of the APEC Schools Student Council constitution the Student Council, through the Treasurer and the Auditor, shall submit the financial report to the Prefect of Student Life and Development, the Lead Adviser, the Deputy Adviser, and the student body for publication in the Amplify Quarter 4 newsletter at the conclusion of each academic year.
